When you join health insurance in the form of reimbursement compensation, customers must pay the full cost of medical examination and treatment first at the medical providers (MPs), then collect the documents and send them to Insmart to be considered and paid according to the benefits in the insurance policy. However, this process is often time-consuming and inconvenient, especially when the application is incomplete or invalid.
New Breakthrough of Insmart DB Service: Now, when you come to MPs, you only need to bring your Insurance Card and one of the identification documents such as: Citizen Identification Card, passport or birth certificate (for children). Insmart has been authorized by the Insurance Company to pay MPs portion of medical expenses directly on your behalf. This means that you only need to pay MPs the unguaranteed cost to save you time, focus on your treatment and recovery.

- Examination and diagnosis costs such as: blood tests, ultrasound, X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and specialized examination services.
- The cost of treatment includes: surgery costs, medications, inpatient and outpatient services.
- Room costs: Related to the use of rooms located in hospitals or outpatient clinics.
- Post-treatment care costs: Cover the costs of postoperative treatment and post-discharge medical care, including necessary follow-up examinations and pharmaceuticals.

- Check that the personal information and expiry date on the card are correct before visiting MPs
- Present your Physical Insurance Card or E-Card to the receptionist or insurance department
