In case of hospitalization when necessary or prescribed by a doctor, customers should follow these steps:

- Submit PreA service request information or contact Insmart 3 working days in advance.
- Check your email and SMS to receive messages and Insmart’s DB Letter within 24 working hours
- 3.2Hospitalization:
- Come to the hospital according to your appointment, present your ID and DB letter at the hospital reception counter
- Hospitalization and treatment according to regulations
- 3.3. Hospital discharge:
- Insmart coordinates with the Hospital to resolve customer benefits and notify results via SMS
- Complete hospital discharge procedures and only pay the costs outside the guarantee scope (if any)

Understand clearly about insurance benefits: PreA service only applies when customers have Inpatient and Maternity Benefits and the insurance contract is still valid.
