Nutrition:

In daily diet, it is necessary to add foods containing components such as protein, vitamin C and all vitamins of group B.

Drinking plenty of water can help increase blood volume that reducing one of the potential causes of low blood pressure.

Activities:

  • Live in moderation, get enough sleep (7- 8 hours/day)
  • Keep an optimistic spirit, be happy, avoid too strong emotions such as fear, anxiety, boredom, … may further lower blood pressure
  • Doing exercise (10-15 minutes/day) such as walking, playing badminton, playing table tennis
  • For hypotension patient, annual health screening is essential to balance their health
