Implementing social distancing is necessary to minimize the spread of Covid–19, but it can make us feel really and can increase stress and anxiety. Learning to deal with feelings of stress in a healthy way will help yourself, the people you love and everyone around you will be more assured.
If you feel sad, hopeless, futhermore, have negative thoughts, look for a mental health professional or someone you really trust to share your actual feelings. This will help you relieve stress and even your depression. Doing exercise, eating healthy, besides, choosing useful information from social networks, increase useful activities,etc, it can help you to maintain a good mental health , strengthen resistance and fight the epidemic.
Despite the challenges we are all facing due to Covid-19, we can still find our life purposes and help each other . When having to face with some difficult situations, concentrate on the things you can change, accept things that are out of your control, and always attempt to live up to your values. Find the motivation to do some things that you really enjoy. This will help restore your mental health
