• – Insmart’s mini app on Zalo: Customers go to Zalo > Go to Discover > Utilities for you > Mini Apps > Search for “Insmart” > Tap to open the app > Log in to your account according to your insurance contract information. (For non-life insurance)

• – Customers: present insurance card, citizen identification at the reception counter of MPs
