1. What is Direct billing?

Direct billing is a form in which a Customer is represented by the Insurance Company to pay medical expenses directly to the medical provider, based on the benefits specified in the Insurance Policy that the Customer has joined.

• Customers: please present your Insurance Card, Citizen Identification Card at the reception counter of the medical provider
• Medical provider: report Customer’s examination results and expenses to Insmart
• Insmart: request from medical provider and submit a guarantee plan
• Customer: take a sign to complete the necessary documents and pay the unguaranteed cost (if any)
